It's mission is to ensure Google products are developed safely and responsibly by managing responsibility risks and governance for model and product launches.\nYour primary mission will be to ensure DeepMind and product teams can safely launch highly capable generative and agentic models with speed. target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement and scale governance processes for new generative and agentic AI models and launches related to Frontier Safety.\nAct as a trusted partner to executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing clear, compelling communications on complex trust and safety issues.\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and research, to embed safety and trust-oriented processes and technologies directly into the model and product development lifecycle.\nDesign and execute sophisticated data analyses to identify emerging risks, measure the effectiveness of our mitigations, and inform decisions.\nOptimize and scale operational workflows, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in relevant field.\nExperience with machine learning.\nExperience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing
