Proactively flag and remove execution blockers, pivot strategies based on real market signals, and remain unbiased in assessing readiness.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to define test hypotheses and evaluation criteria, and align on overall testing approach. Communicate progress/status updates via weekly comms, weekly meetings, etc., with key stakeholders.\nAssess new products against Market Fit, Adoption, and Performance metrics, augmented by customer pitch calls, interviews, surveys, and lessons learned during product troubleshooting.
