You will leverage data analytics, research, and business acumen to shape philanthropic strategy, optimize resource allocation, and inform executive decision-making across our global pillars.\nYou will act as a bridge between pillar leadership and technical teams, translating complex social impact challenges into analytical frameworks. You will generate data-driven hypotheses and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver actionable insights. You will partner with analysts and researchers to ensure findings are both intellectually robust and operationally implementable, driving a culture of data-informed strategy.\nYou will also critically evaluate and evolve our impact measurement frameworks against ecosystem benchmarks. Google.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a strategic thought partner to Google.org pillar leadership, balancing intellectual theory with implementability to deliver \"client-ready\" recommendations.\nAnalyze impact metrics and evaluation research across all Google.org’s reporting initiatives to strategically advise across all four Google.org philanthropic pillars.\nSynthesize cross-pillar research and evaluation results, metrics and analytics into executive narratives for use in portfolio allocation frameworks.\nLead hypothesis-driven problem solving, impact measurability-gap assessments, and strategic prioritization for priority social impact initiatives.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language (e.g., Python, R, Java, C++).\n6 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or impact strategy with a focus on implementation.\nKnowledge of key philanthropic areas (e.g., KSL, Scientific Progress, or Stronger Communities) and Google.org
