You will act as the executive trusted advisor to C-level executives, defining their most ambitious goals and ensuring they realize tangible business value from their investment in Google Cloud and Gemini. You will own the customer's change journey, from architecting the services strategy early in the business cycle to establishing governance and acting as the unifying thread across complex delivery programs involving the customer, partners, and internal Google teams. You will be the definitive post-business transformation and Customer Experience (CEx) leader on the account. transformation advisor for C-level and Vice President (VP) level and stakeholders, delivering industry-specific points of view on how Google Cloud and Gemini drive measurable business value, engaged differentiation, and return on investment.\nOwn end-to-end services strategy incorporating AI, shaping and guiding customer's transformation journey by creating roadmaps, proposals, and delivery plans linked to business objectives and constraints.\nManage cloud delivery programs, ensuring successful execution across customer, partners, and Google Cloud Consulting, while proactively identifying and mitigating transformation risks.\nBe a change agent focused on navigating organizational complexities to ensure the successful adoption of the platform, including owning the plan to activate and drive usage of Gemini and AI Solutions, communicating progress toward realized value.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in management consulting, enterprise technology transformation, or customer success.\nExperience in leading technology or digital transformation programs for enterprise organizations.\nExperience building and maintaining relationships with C-level or VP-level executives.\nExperience managing AI transformations in organizations.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.\nExperience orchestrating large, multi-workstream programs involving customers, partners, and internal teams in a matrixed organization.\nExperience building business cases and articulating the Return on Investment (ROI) of technology investments to executive stakeholders.\nKnowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with the enterprise AI/ML landscape and enterprise agentic
