Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.\nSolve customers operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to drive resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.\nOrganize and execute prototype workshops to prove out proposed architectures and develop document technical blockers for prioritization with engineering.\nTravel to customer sites, conferences, and other customer related events as needed.\nCollaborate with customers to drive adoption and guide them through the entire life cycle, develop solution architectures and road maps to achieve key milestones.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n1 year of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role.\nExperience with one or more programming languages.\nExperience in delivering technical presentations.\nAbility to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders.\nPreferred qualifications:\n3 years of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role.\nExperience developing programs/scripts in Python, Java, C++, SQL and architecture, and developing software for distributed systems.\nExperience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications using web technologies (e.g., HTTPS, JavaScript, APIs, TCP/IP, DNS).\nExperience in the technology industry.\nKnowledge of public cloud platforms and technical concepts such as AI, Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and related industry topics.\nAbility to lead architecture discussions and influence decision makers around deployment topologies and
