Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.\nResponsibilities\nLead Practice Customer Engineers, fostering team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to build AI-ready data foundations that maximize proprietary data value. Foster partnerships and provide thought leadership on data platform strategy, governance, and agentic AI architectures. Partner with Sales on technical go-to-market plans for Data and AI workloads and repeatable solution patterns.\nBalance technical leadership with operational excellence; lead review meetings to drive technical wins and migration strategies with customers and prospects.
