Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $152000 - $221000 (USD) + 42.86% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead a team of customer engineers, focusing on team culture, talent strategy, and skills development to deliver successful cloud transformation outcomes for customers and accelerate value realization.\nFoster customer partnership and provide thought leadership related to cloud, cross-pillar solutions, and expansion opportunities to drive technical wins.\nPartner with sales to define technical go-to-market strategies and delivery plans, with a focus on winning new workloads and driving consumption within existing ones. Through planning stages, determine alignment, coverage and staffing needs.\nBalance technical leadership with operational excellence.
