You generate ideas, communicate recommendations to senior-level executives and drive implementation alongside facilities technicians.\nWith your technical expertise, you ensure compliance with codes and standards, develop infrastructure improvements and serve as an expert in your specialty (e.g., cooling, electrical).\nThe Data Center Electrical Engineer (EE) is responsible for the technical support of the localized design effort (Kajaani Campus Plan through to Detailed Design), for field engineering support through project delivery and commissioning, and for engineering reviews of the close out documentation. In addition, and depending on the Campus activities, you will be responsible for supporting the electrical design and delivery on Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes, Upgrades and Security projects (MARCUS) within operational data centres. Act as an electrical subject matter expert in Data Center Engineering.\nContribute to the Health, Safety and Environment Plan related to the electrical engineering scope, and design and construction compliance.\nContribute to and review the Quality and Commissioning Plans for the electrical discipline. Support electrically relevant Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and all off and on site commissioning.\nProvide technical leadership to the projects, support and optimize project design, scope, schedule, quality, commissioning and safety for electrical discipline.
