maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling of resources needed to perform maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with facility management in the development and maintenance of schedules and resource leveling by utilizing the site CMMS program.\nEstablish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.\nManage the process of launching our CMMS and work management processes at the site level to be used in the daily operation of the data center.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n1 year of experience in program or project management.\nExperience in maintenance planning and scheduling.\nExperience working with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).\nPreferred qualifications:\nPossession of a Bachelor's in Arts /Science/ Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.\nExtensive experience in critical facilities management or operations management, encompassing facility, operations, technical, and team leadership.\nDemonstrated experience as a Facilities/Operations Manager or Chief Engineer within a critical facility.\nProven electrical or mechanical experience is
