You will also engage with customers to articulate the Google databases portfolio and help to design and optimize the customers data management environment using Google Cloud databases. qualify business opportunities, identify customer technical objections, and develop a strategy to resolve technical blockers.\nLead discovery workshops for customers to assess existing application environments to identify workloads and goals for moving to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) databases.\nSupport the technical relationship with Google’s customers including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritization of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud.\nShare best practices on promoting databases among accounts/account teams.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in the enterprise software or cloud space.\nExperience with one or more database technologies such as MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, and graph databases.\nExperience with relational and NoSQL database technologies, including positioning databases for a customer’s application use case.\nExperience writing, reading, and debugging code in Java, Javascript, Python, or Go.\nAbility to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience in customer-facing pre-business or professional consulting in data and information lifecycle management field with translating customer business needs into cloud-centric solutions.\nExperience with data management architectures including storage subsystems, high availability, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, performance, scalability, security, monitoring and database management.\n Experience in helping customers design and build applications using open source or cloud-native databases.\nExperience with data migration strategies and moving production systems in on-premise or data center environments or migration to cloud
