introspection heads.\nPartner with introspection team to improve heads training, serving and deployments.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Arts or Science in Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience with large-scale LLM training and serving infrastructure.\nExperience training security or safety classifiers for large AI models.\nExperience deploying security or safety classifiers.\nPreferred qualifications:\n2 years of experience in software development or engineering.\nExperience building real-time
