Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the Director, Head of Partnering for GeminiApp, driving the end-to-end GeminiApp people strategy.\nCo-develop program direction, priorities, goals, outcomes and success metrics with Leadership, continually bringing focus back to agreed priorities and OKRs. Enable the effective collaboration of cross-functional teams on People related initiatives, pulling in the correct cross-functional experts at the right time.\nOptimize program team design and efficient ways of working, managing stakeholders and bridging cross-program dependencies and collaboration opportunities. Identify and manage risks, dependencies and decisions.
