Our global teams offer diverse learning opportunities and varied career pathways for those driven to achieve exceptional results through collective effort.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $163000 - $236000 (USD) + 15% bonus target\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage complex human data collection and model evaluation programs spanning pre-training, SFT, and benchmark evaluations across multimodal domains from requirement intake through final data handoff.\nPartner with research and engineering to translate modeling goals into concrete data specifications, annotation guidelines, and evaluation rubrics, while driving workflow migrations onto internal platforms.\nCoordinate technical dependencies for novel data collection environments (e.g., virtualized OS, multimodal capture), resolving tooling bottlenecks and ingestion issues.\nOversee external data service providers and rater pools, managing SOWs, capacity, throughput SLAs, and quality audits to ensure datasets meet research quality bars.\nEstablish program tracking and operational metrics;
