with engineering and product leads to manage high-complexity technical challenges, translating ambiguous requirements into structured roadmaps and driving end-to-end execution.\nDrive consensus with VP and Director-level leadership as well as cross-Google partners, steering critical security and privacy outcomes and navigating organizational change in high-velocity settings.\nDevelop deep technical knowledge across DeepMind's advanced models, core infrastructure, and product ecosystems to lead frontier security and privacy initiatives and deliver effective technical solutions.\nHelp, define and steer organizational security and privacy strategy, maintaining operational agility and alignment across shifting, fast-moving priorities.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in technical/engineering program management.\nExperience developing/launching products/technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience that intersects with security and artificial intelligence.\nSignificant experience partnering with and influencing executive stakeholders across functions and organizations to navigate conflicting priorities, and drive aligned interpretations and outcomes.\nExperience in managing sizable security and privacy programs in a fast-moving and evolving environment, with proven skill to navigate through ambiguity and adjust and adapt program strategies as conditions
