Our global teams offer diverse learning opportunities and varied career pathways for those driven to achieve exceptional results through collective effort.\nResponsibilities\nWrite and edit clear, compelling content based on complex AGI socio-technical research for audiences.\nCollaborate directly with scientists, engineers, and researchers to extract key insights and translate them into accessible formats.\nAdhere to the DeepMind Institute's house style, ensuring all outputs meet rigorous intellectual, grammatical, and formatting standards.\nSupport the Lead Content Editor in proofreading, fact-checking, and preparing manuscripts for the publication roadmap.\nPrepare content for upload into Content Management Systems (CMS) and coordinate with operations for final publication.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in technical writing, science communication, or journalism.\nExperience working with subject matter experts, engineers, or researchers to produce technical content.\nExperience with copy-editing and proofreading.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience working in an academic, think tank, or fast-paced technology research environment. Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust with technical stakeholders.\nExperience using digital publishing workflows and Content Management Systems (CMS).
