We're building a future where\nlightweight XR devices like smart glasses and headsets pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\nUS: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, deploy, maintain, enhance, and stay abreast of the latest complex software solutions that improve the developer workflow, code quality, and release velocity.\nLead the technical design and implementation of projects, making key architectural and technical decisions to scale the build and release infrastructure and ship XR software updates to external partners and end users.\nDefine and track metrics to measure the impact of tools and process improvements on developer productivity and system health, increasingly leveraging AI/ML.\nDevelop and integrate AI-powered features into developer tools to assist with code generation, code review, test generation, bug detection and triaging, and more.\nCollaborate closely with various engineering teams to understand their needs, gather requirements, and drive the adoption of new tools and best practices.
