Google.\nResponsibilities\nBuild, lead, and mentor a global organization of software engineers, security architects, and managers.\nDefine multi-year technical vision and engineering standards across security management and secure platforms while partnering with senior executive stakeholders to align priorities and drive shared outcomes.\nArchitect Autonomous Security Posture Management (ASPM) frameworks, incorporating automated detection, continuous verification, and platform-level telemetry to eliminate manual audit overhead.\nPioneer secure-by-design SDLC paradigms for AI-generated code and agentic development, embedding runtime governance and automated verification into CI/CD pipelines.\nDrive cloud-native security engineering across microservice meshes and distributed platforms, leveraging AI/ML capabilities to accelerate defensive mitigations and threat modeling at hyperscale.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n15 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or software security.\n8 years of experience leading engineering teams and managing managers.\nExperience building distributed systems, security platforms, or cloud-native developer tooling.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree or PhD in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.\nExperience adapting SDLC paradigms for AI/LLM code generation and agentic automation.\nStrong leadership and communication skills to drive alignment across global organizations.\nTrack
