You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $128000 - $187000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and integrate safety solutions based on proactive risk assessments to maximize worker protection in Research and Development (R&D) and lab settings.\nOversee the creation of educational materials, program documentation, and digital tracking systems to ensure safety solutions scale across the Bay Area cluster.\nPartner with site leads to embed safety protocols into daily operations, ensuring minimal friction and maximum compliance.\nConduct regular audits and risk assessments;
