Your team translates complex silicon capabilities into seamless experiences used by millions of people globally.\nThe Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.Responsibilities\nManage cross-functional team of engineers.\nParticipate in board bring-ups and work with partners to deliver new Chromebook and Googlebook devices.\nCollaborate with a global team of software and hardware engineers on new technology proposals and process improvements.\nEvaluate and help improve code and processes for scalability and maintainability.\nBe prepared to discuss your knowledge and use of AI tools during the hiring process.
