benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nProvide thoughtful leadership, drive insights and analysis to support the Media Incentives team in managing the financial performance of pilot incentive programs, setting appropriate success metrics and tracking attainment accordingly.\nCoordinate between Finance and Go-to-Market (GTM) stakeholders across the globe to manage and report on Global agreements, ensuring consistent expectation setting around goals and performance for all relevant markets.\nLeverage technical expertise to provide quantitative analysis around incentives programs, including support for return on investment (ROI) and incrementality studies, working in partnership with other teams.\nInteract with other Finance, Product, and partner teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or anotherquantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A),\nconsulting, or a related function, or 2 years with an advanced degree.\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with agreement structures, terms, and governance.\nExperience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.\nExperience planning and managing the strategic and operational level, with experience in consulting, digital, or advertising.\nExcellent FP&A and spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or complex models from scratch.\nAbility to manage and influence senior stakeholders (e.g., Directors, SVPs) and foster cross-functional networks without formal authority.\nExcellent problem-solving and heavy data analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to address business challenges from a variety of
