benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead extended workforce governance processes, Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, and partner escalations while driving cross-functional strategy, worksite planning, and optimization initiatives.\nManage the access provisioning process for external finance personnel, coordinate configurations, and resolve compliance issues in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.\nProvide commercial oversight of high-value professional services contracts to ensure favorable terms, operational compliance, and minimization of financial risk throughout the contract lifecycle.\nManage the end-to-end financial process, including budgeting, forecasting, and actuals, in partnership with internal finance teams and vendors.\nLead complex, cross-functional initiatives and system migrations, coordinate requirements across teams, and resolve programmatic escalations to maintain business continuity.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in management consulting or project management from a public accounting firm or multinational company, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.\nExperience managing extended workforce governance, SLA performance, and vendor transitions.\nExperience with technical program management, systems access, user provisioning, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) migrations.\nExperience managing budgets and cross-functional projects.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced training in Finance.\nExperience with financial modeling, including budget planning, run-rate projections, and variable expense modeling.\nExperience administering vendor management tools and managing Statement of Work (SOW) workflows.\nExperience implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and automation technologies within a financial
