From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.\nUS: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nPerform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business.\nIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.\nManage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, organizational implications, and changing circumstances.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.\n4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.\nExperience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.\nExperience with programming (e.g., SQL).\nPreferred qualifications:\nExposure to the full profit and loss (P&L) (Revenue, COGS, Opex).\n\nInterest in and aptitude for identifying opportunities to improve finance processes through AI and automation, with a willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and share what works with the broader team.\nTakes initiative and demonstrates a sense of ownership, especially in a matrixed organizational structure.\nStrong investigative skills, combined with impeccable business judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to zoom in or out depending on the situation.\nStrong financial modeling skills and comfort working with disparate data sources;
