Google.\nResponsibilities\nManage the North American AI Tech GTM rhythm-of-business activities, including business reviews, resource allocation, workload reviews, and forecast calls.\nOperationalize the AI Tech GTM team in North America by driving the stand-up of key systems, R&R maps, processes, and tools to support business scaling.\nOrchestrate the end-to-end qualification, technical review, and executive prioritization of all incoming customer Engagement Requests (ERs) across North America.\nDrive continuous operational inspection of active customer engagements across operational projects and assigned Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) to mitigate delivery blockers and harvest repeatable architectural wins.\nPartner with regional AI Sales Specialists, FDE, AI CE, and finance teams to provide inputs into global Cloud AI forecast/review cycles, while collaborating with regional peers on AI Tech GTM planning activities, including blueprint development, metric setting, and territory design.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.\nExperience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights, using SQL or other analytical approaches.\nExperience in business planning, program management, forecasting, and storytelling through data to facilitate conversations with executive leadership.\nExperience as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and experience in client management and relationship-building.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA or other relevant advanced degree.\nExperience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.\nKnowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market
