Externally, you collaborate with our extended workforce partners and internally, you will collaborate across the multiple areas of the Financial Operations team.\nThe Revenue to Cash Operations (RCO) team manages Google's incoming cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming cash processes are controlled, effective and efficient. As a member of this team, you'll find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. You thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable, you work to ensure the highest level of quality of our operations and you proactively minimize operational risk.\nWithin RCO, the Revenue Operations team manages a number of different functions: (1) global invoicing for Google’s entire product suite, (2) the intake of new product and FOP launches, expansions, acquisitions, and regulatory change that impact order-to-cash processes, (3) management of tax operations including onboarding, withholding, and reporting, and (4) billing modifications, refunds & disbursements, payments optimization, and AUP.\nThe name Google came from \"googol,\" a mathematical term for the number 1 followed by 100 zeros. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $128000 - $187000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nTransition Revenue Operations processes to an AI-first approach, replacing legacy workflows with generative AI and agentic workflows.\nDefine process requirements for revenue operations, design for new products and systems implementation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nConsult with Google product areas and global counterparts to understand operational environment and impacts of changes and issues. Drive proactive resolution of identified gaps.\nAnalyze data sets to test hypotheses and provide insights to influence decision making.\nEnsure tax, Sarbanes Oxley and local entity compliance, and ensure readiness on supporting new and existing functionality.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA.\nLean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
