You will require a blend of deep technical understanding, strategic business development, and the ability to navigate complex cross-functional landscapes.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors Google.\nResponsibilities\nPrioritize high-impact partner models for Model Garden using a rigorous framework balancing performance, safety, and market demand.\nDesign business frameworks for 3P APIs and open-source offerings to ensure sustainable growth and engaging positioning.\nOwn KPIs, formulate GTM strategy, and partner directly with Sales and customers to drive adoption and product-market fit.\nAct as the primary product interface for top AI research organizations, proactively resolving technical, legal, and commercial roadblocks.\nMentor \"Model PMs\" and elevate product management excellence by establishing best practices for model lifecycle management and integration.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.\n5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).\nExperience working with foundation model providers.\nExperience designing commercial models and pricing strategies for 3P APIs and open-source offerings.\nExperience with LLM architectures, inference infrastructure, and the scaling of API-based businesses or cloud platforms.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience defining the strategy and portfolio of products for model ecosystems, inference platforms, or open-source ecosystems.\nDemonstrated experience in building complex financial models, pricing strategies, and negotiating multi-party commercial agreements.\nDeep understanding of the Generative AI landscape, including LLM architectures, inference infrastructure, and the open-source AI ecosystem.\nProven ability to influence executive leadership on investment
