Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, Google TV and Commerce.

As a GSI Partner Development Manager for Google Cloud, you will lead the strategic alliance and capability roadmap with our most critical consulting-led partners (GSIs) to accelerate enterprise market expansion. In this highly visible, non-direct sales role, you will focus entirely on alliance enablement, joint value-proposition design, and operational excellence to ensure our partners are technically capable and commercially positioned to deliver transformative solutions. Acting as the bridge between Google Cloud's internal sales teams and partner leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving partner-sourced revenue, maximizing co-selling motions, and unlocking the full potential of Google Cloud’s ecosystem within the region's most regulated and enterprise-tier accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end business relationship and performance of a designated portfolio of Global System Integrators (GSIs) and prominent regional System Integrators (SIs) to develop joint business plans, capability targets, and critical milestones.
• Achieve quarterly commercial goals by accelerating partner-led business cycles, focusing specifically on scaling key product modernizations.
• Foster deep trust and strategic alignment between partner account managers and Google Cloud’s internal field sales organization to co-develop joint value propositions and execute coordinated territory plans.
• Execute the regional workload management framework and monitor key financial and adoption health metrics (including DRR/MRR and Partner Sourced iACV) to ensure partners deliver on-time implementation and sustainable consumption.
• Guide partners to scale their Google Cloud practices through strategic technical enablement, DRP-scoring certifications, and the packaging of repeatable, industry-specific partner solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise AI tools-specifically capable of converting data-driven solutions and Gemini/Workspace enterprise productivity suites.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial structure, program-manage joint business plans, and navigate change independently within a highly dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Deep commercial and sales acumen with a history of co-selling enterprise technology solutions, navigating complex procurement processes.
