more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure hardware design integrity for Google Pixel platforms by validating SoC DVFS and peripheral IO across various OS and Firmware versions.\nDirect cross-functional execution of validation plans, troubleshooting, and documentation to maintain design quality and ecosystem performance.\nExecute design verification, signal characterization, power delivery, and interoperability testing while defining system-level validation plans for the Pixel ecosystem.\nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in hardware architecture, system performance, production quality, and overall integration.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in consumer electronics/embedded systems design. \nAbility to travel less than 10% of the time internationally.\nPreferred qualifications:\n4 years of experience in consumer electronics/embedded systems design.\nExperience with embedded systems, processor selection, various communication protocols (especially DRAM, UFS, USB-C, SPI, I2C/I3C, UART, MIPI, DSI/CSI), analog design, sensor design, low power design, audio acoustics, Cadence/Allegro, various RF technologies. \nExperience in prototype bring-up and debugging, functional verification, and Python scripting.\nExperience with SOC architecture and validation.\nFamiliarity with concepts like concurrency, DVFS, and peripheral interfaces.\nStrong electrical engineering fundamentals, including the ability to design high speed digital or analog
