With AI drastically speeding up software development, we are building a culture of full-stack builders across the entire company. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, commercial, and technical Chief Product Officer (CPO). This is not a traditional role focused on managing roadmaps and engineering output - we believe shipping is not success; adoption and revenue are success. Sitting at the intersection of product, technology, partnerships, and commercial strategy, the CPO will own the full journey from customer problem to revenue generation.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nProduct Strategy & Portfolio: Own and evolve Eskimi’s global product suite (including DSP, SSP, DOOH, DeepContext AI, Retail Media, and Advertising OS). Decide where to invest, accelerate, partner, or stop.\n\nRevenue & Adoption: Directly drive product commercialization, adoption, and retention rather than tracking vanity delivery metrics.\n\nGo-to-Market (GTM): Define target customers, positioning, pricing, distribution, and launch strategies for major products in tight alignment with Sales and Marketing Market.\n\nExposure & Strategic Partnerships: Spend significant time on the ground across international markets directly engaging agencies, advertisers, and publishers.\n\nPersonally negotiate key global and regional data, technology, and inventory partnerships.\n\nAdvertising OS: Drive the product vision, architecture, integrations, and commercialization of Eskimi’s unified platform.\n\nDistributed Product Building: Democratize product development across Eskimi by training, equipping, and empowering non-traditional builders in AdOps, Sales, and Data to turn customer insights into prototypes using AI-assisted tools.\n\nLead, build, and scale a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous development.\n\nWHAT WILL HELP YOU DO IT\nAdTech Expertise: Deep experience in digital advertising technology (DSPs, SSPs, programmatic, DOOH, CTV, Retail Media, or contextual advertising).\n\nCommercial Leadership: Proven track record of bridging product development with sales execution, marketing, customer adoption, and revenue growth.\n\nTechnical Literacy & Builder Mentality: High technical aptitude (~20% builder mindset / 80% product & commercial strategy) with the ability to hands-on prototype and leverage modern AI development tools.\n\nStrategic Partnerships: Experience identifying, driving, and negotiating complex technology, inventory, or data partnerships.\n\nGlobal Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel internationally every quarter to meet on-the-ground teams, clients, and local partners.\n\nExperience managing remote teams would be a strong advantage.\n\nFluent English is required, as it will be your primary working language.\n\nWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU\nFlexible work arrangements: Hybrid work models in cities with physical offices, and remote work options everywhere else.
