From software to hardware our teams are shaping the future of world-leading hyperscale computing, with key teams working on the development of our TPUs, Vertex AI for Google Cloud, Google Global Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.\n Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead spares inventory modeling, replenishment policies, return merchandise authorization (RMA) operations, and supply availability for Google's first-party and third-party global TPU machine learning fleet.\nDrive daily team execution, ranking planning work, triaging inventory shortages and exceptions, tracking fill rates and RMA cycle times, and managing handoffs across global time zones.\nServe as the unified point-of-contact representing TPU FRU planning across TPU Hardware Engineering, Logistics, Fleet Maintenance Operations, Supply teams (ISM), and Finance.\nLead execution for Project Bloom (automated forecasting, spares allocation, and replenishment for ML pod offerings), drive scaling of RMA processes toward a 30-day end-to-end cycle time northstar, ensuring spares/repair pipeline readiness for next-generation ML deployments.\nManage, coach, and support a team of 8 PM's and supply chain specialists across Sunnyvale, Atlanta, and Taipei. Own talent development, performance management, hiring, and engagement.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in program or project management.\n8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.\n5 years of experience in a leadership role.\nPreferred qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\n8 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory modeling, hardware operations, or logistics within high-tech, semiconductor, or enterprise cloud infrastructure environments\nExperience directly managing and developing a team of program managers or supply chain professionals across distributed global offices.\nDemonstrated experience overseeing end-to-end supply chain planning strategies-spanning forecasting, inventory positioning, and fulfillment.
