Networking, Data Center operations, systems research, and much more.\n Responsibilities\nManage a team of Project Managers/Engineers responsible for cross-functional coordination, design and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals.\nHire, coach and develop a team of Network Engineers to meet objectives.\nDefine and develop cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities.\nWork with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.\nDeliver effective execution at scale within large, multi-project programs.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n8 years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or network engineering, including 5 years managing teams of technical program managers or engineers within a networking environment.\n8 years of experience in infrastructure planning, capacity strategy, supply chain management, or technical program management within the data center, cloud computing, or related high-tech industries.\nExperience in data centers or network operations. \nPreferred qualifications:\n Master's degree or MBA.\n8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.\nStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to operate with intensity and flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly evolving and collaborative
