Build scalable reporting architectures using SQL and dashboarding to optimize performance and identify operational efficiencies.\nProgram Design: Conduct ad-hoc feasibility analyses on new design concepts to identify potential flaws and recommend alternatives.\nReporting Portfolio Ownership: Own the design, standardization, and implementation of executive and operational reporting. Collaborate with Finance and Partner Incentives leadership to align on a unified metrics framework.\n Readiness & Enablement: Create self-service materials, documentation, and a historical knowledge base. Lead training and office hours to onboard team members and support internal stakeholders.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience\n5 years of experience in analytics, BI methodologies, and report building.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA, Master’s degree, or other advanced business or technical degree.\nHands-on experience implementing AI-powered insights and utilizing SQL, BigQuery, and enterprise business intelligence tools.\nDemonstrated ability to drive alignment across competing corporate objectives and manage stakeholders.\nProven ability to abstract and simplify complex topics.\nPrevious experience in a B2B or Partner ecosystem is a
