(USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nAct as a technical consultant to strategic clients and lead complex partner onboarding, delivering scalable solutions and expert guidance to optimize platform performance and activation.\nServe as an escalation point for complex support issues, identifying root causes, driving process improvements, and implementing preventative solutions.\nInfluence the technical strategy of sell-side ad tech products by providing data-driven recommendations and collaborating with product engineers to test custom solutions.\nConduct end-to-end analysis on large, complex data sets using advanced analytical methods to deliver key insights to stakeholders.\nMentor junior team members on advanced technical troubleshooting, partner activation strategies, and ad tech implementation best practices.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience in technical consulting, technical troubleshooting, product management, or solution architecture in a customer-facing role.\nExperience using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or a related field.\nExperience in the ad tech industry and digital video advertising space.\nPrior experience working with or an eagerness to master agentic AI frameworks and LLM tooling.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.\nAbility to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience effectively.\nAbility to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with effective problem-solving, analytical and project management
