Google.\nResponsibilities\nGuarantee the technical aspects of a customer/partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing technical guidance and necessary documentation.\nProvide high touch technical subject matter expertise with strategic partners for partner education, technical troubleshooting, and support within defined service level agreements.\nWork with Product Managers and Partner Operations Managers to define and prioritize new product features and tools requests required to improve processes and performance.\nPerform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.\nDevelop technical tools and documentation to expedite partner implementation, and improve operational scaling and product serviceability with Engineering.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).\n3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.\nExperience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).\nExperience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering.\nExperience using machine learning and building solutions.\nExperience working with systems (e.g., Linux,
