product outlook for landing recursive self-improvement at Google-scale.\nServe as a high-bandwidth partner for Engineering, Code AI teams and DeepMind research teams to identify critical gaps in core intelligence pieces (e.g., LLM, Harness and adjacent capabilities (memory, context engineering, recursive self-improvement loops)), activating and successfully executing on research and development work to improve LLMs.\nTranslate frontier capabilities into high-value products that professionals love and set up feedback flywheel to and extract and upstream rich expert signal to GDM. \nInfluence and inspire an organization of AI-native product builders by maintaining focus on the fast pace of experimentation/iteration and identifying the biggest blockers to getting to AGI. \nPartner with Engineering and GDM partners to land research breakthroughs and value breakthroughs at Google-scale, through first-principles thinking.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. \n15 years of product management experience at a technology-driven company, including experience driving zero-to-one products from concept to adoption. \nExperience leading and translating AI research into production-grade enterprise GenAI products/agents.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience changing established, high-scale products with large installed bases while introducing disruptive new ideas, such as moving from a manually updated tool to an ambient, agent-native system.\nExperience building platforms and extensibility models (e.g., APIs, event hooks, ecosystems) that let other teams build on top of your product.\nExperience shipping products powered by LLMs or AI agents.\nExperience experimenting and landing high-value GenAI products, including concepts such as hill-climbing for quality, fine-tuning/SFT, and agentic systems.\nEstablished presence and thought-leadership in the AI/ML community, demonstrated through landed value by high-impact research or high-value Applied AI
