We also built Chrome as an open source project so the entire web ecosystem could benefit from the latest innovations in speed, simplicity and security. \nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Poland: zł260000 - zł266000 (PLN) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nLead the product goal and strategy for ensuring the trust and safety of the Chrome Web Store and Chrome Extensions ecosystem.\nDefine and prioritize product initiatives to enhance the security and quality of Chrome Extensions, working closely with security analysts, the review team, the policy manager, and engineering.\nDrive the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security and quality reviews for Chrome Extensions.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to build tools and infrastructure that support proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.\nAnalyze data and user feedback to identify trends, measure the impact of trust and safety initiatives, and inform product decisions.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience in product management or related technical role.\n1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.\nPreferred qualifications:\nStrong understanding of web technologies, and the software development life-cycle. Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical concepts related to scalability, and performance.\nExcellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
