capabilities and quality improvements that unlock new, complex use cases for AI Answers in collaboration with Research and Search Quality teams.\n\nLead direct model output and response evaluation, analyzing patterns and integrating user research insights to inform product quality prioritization.\nDrive the development of measurement systems and autoraters to enable fast, continuous product improvement.\n\nNavigate the complexities of the Generative AI and Search product landscape to build and ship technical products for billions of users.\n\nOperate strategically in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment to facilitate the successful scaling of AI on Google Search.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.\n1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.).\nExperience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in a technology or business related field.\n2 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).\n2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.\n2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.\n1 year of experience in software development or engineering.\nKnowledge of, or continued interest in building accessibility best practices, and experience/curiosity for incorporating accessibility into product development
