Google.\nResponsibilities\nProvide high-touch technical guidance, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure seamless partner integrations within defined Service-level agreement (SLAs).\nGather operational feedback to advocate for product enhancements, bug fixes, and feature improvements with Product and Engineering teams.\nWork with Product and Partner Operations Managers to define, prioritize, and launch new features and internal tools.\nDevelop technical documentation and developer tools to streamline onboarding, improve product serviceability, and scale operations.\nPerform implementation reviews and analyze partner data to identify, drive, and maximize growth opportunities using Google technologies.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).\n6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\nExperience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics.\nExperience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).\nExperience using machine learning and building solutions.\nExperience working with systems (e.g., Linux,
