cadences, executing key executive reviews, and closing critical program gaps.\nTranslate complex, ambiguous program goals into actionable technical roadmaps, strategic OKRs, and lifecycle milestones across engineering, product, and leadership.\nGovern scalable Product Lifecycle (PLC) frameworks, driving global template adoption, leading NPI hardware intakes, and managing IPPR approvals.\nAdvocate AI-First workflows and automation to eliminate operational toil and defined requirements for predictive tools to improve On-Time Delivery.\nInfluence cross-functional hardware, product, and manufacturing teams to unblock resources, resolve dependencies, and mentor junior Program Managers (PMs) on agentic tools.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience of program management within hardware manufacturing, manufacturing operations, or New Product Introduction (NPI) environments.\nPreferred qualifications:\n8 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware projects from inception to global deployment.\nExpertise in Product Lifecycle (PLC) frameworks, Agile project management, sourcing, and risk mitigation.\nProven track record of strategic problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and translating ambiguous goals into roadmaps.\nDeep knowledge of typical hardware BOM, assembly, test processes, and lifecycle requirements.\nDemonstrated leadership in matrix-managed structures, successfully influencing cross-functional engineering and product
