optimal compliance positions, and ensure visibility of key regulations.\nApply adaptable program management principles to prioritize and deliver high-impact Trust and Safety workstreams, ensuring processes meet evolving regulatory obligations.\nEnhance and mature the control environment, continually monitoring compliance health and effectiveness through robust metrics.\nDrive cross-functional efficiencies across Regulatory Governance and Trust and Safety workstreams by leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.\nAssess tooling needs and develop sleek data reporting solutions to achieve centralized management and clearly communicate the compliance landscape to stakeholders.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program management, project management, or compliance.\nExperience working in risk, controls, or controls assurance or audit.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience managing a broad range of stakeholders at different levels.\nExperience managing programs or projects in a complex and regulated environment.\nExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing
