Core-wide approach to equip managers and leaders to deliver on critical talent outcomes.\nManage projects and drive Core-specific people initiatives spanning organizational effectiveness and health, talent, leadership, culture, and the future of work.\nPartner with Core's Strategy and Operations organization on connected processes such as early career hiring and organizational effectiveness governance.\nCoordinate cross-functionally with the business on projects related to People Strategy and Core People-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).\nCollaborate with People Operations Go-To-Market (GTM), Organizational Effectiveness, and PeopleDev to incorporate best practices into Core’s processes and drive business-specific experiments.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in consulting, HR, or business operations, and 2 years of experience in program or project management.\nExperience in design and implementation of people processes and programs.\nPreferred qualifications:\nCertification in Program Management.\nExperience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience in stakeholder management.\nAbility to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.\nExperience in change management, future of work and organization effectiveness. \nExcellent communication skills for executive audiences to convey complex information clearly and succinctly through presentations, written communications, and verbal
