As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities.
• Collaborate extensively with partners and stakeholders to ensure synchronized efforts, effectively sequencing the arrival of materials and resources.
• Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center, a centralized capability providing end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments.
• Shift and deploy teams in advance of work as projects need to change, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling.
• Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 8 years of experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
• 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Experience in Data Centers, mission critical or manufacturing facilities operations or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Proficient experience in program or project management, mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, chip fab), operations, Manufacturing/Product Engineering, PDM/Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain.
• Experience in a role leading coordination across multiple technical teams. Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proven track record of achieving project objectives on schedule and within budget.
• Integrated approach to lifecycle management of data center operations, including hardware, software, and process.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
