deliver sustainable growth.\nRegionalize Google's global energy external affairs strategy in priority markets to address critical regional energy priorities.\nShape and advance the company's external narratives on key issues, including energy affordability, grid reliability, and carbon-free energy.\nDevelop robust stakeholder engagement strategies, raise awareness of Google's approach and drive major external activations such as industry announcements.\nAct as a collaborative leader, working with a broad set of cross-functional teams and external partners to bring complex projects from concept to completion.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program or project management.\nExperience in program management and strategy development within an organization.\nExperience working in the energy industry, navigating external affairs, messaging strategy, and event strategy.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion.\nPreferred qualifications:\n5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nDeep familiarity with and practical experience working energy issues, including regional policy, markets, and technology.\nproven ability to translate complex energy topics for non-technical audiences and executive leadership.\nDemonstrated executive presence with the ability to build strong relationships and lead successful programs across large, matrixed organizations.\nExcellent creative problem-solving skills with the ability to confidently execute and grow in environments characterized by ambiguity and
