structures, maintain system standards, and ensure tools are available, secure, and usable by content developers, instructional designers and learners.\nEnsure the LMS meets the evolving needs of business stakeholders and technicians. \nLead learning and development tooling evaluation, while piloting emerging technologies that can improve automation, personalization, or analytics.\nLead the implementation and configuration of generative AI and agentic features or plugins within the LMS ecosystem. \nMaintain procedures and adhere to policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in program or project management.\nExperience in the set up and management of learning management systems to include structuring learning environments.\nExperience developing policies and procedures for the use of learning technologies.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience and expertise with the Google Workspace set of
