You will define requirements with internal customers like engineering and product teams, and usher projects through the entire lifecycle, from planning to execution in our global data centers. You will manage project schedules, proactively identify risks to on-time capacity delivery, and clearly communicate goals and status to key stakeholders. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure consistent planning, progress, and escalation management such that there is effective two-way communication between MODE and the data centers.\nAnalyze systemic trends and build automated reporting to identify opportunities to improve deployment velocity, cycle times, and throughput.\nPartner with deployment-critical systems and software teams in order to drive requirements and roadmap delivery that meets the fleet’s needs.\nDrive business-critical programs that support the accelerated delivery of machines at the data centers.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n2 years of experience in program or project management.\nExperience in data center operations.\nExperience in supply chain.\nPreferred qualifications:\n2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.\nExperience in infrastructure deployments or data center operations, translating raw data into structured insights, root-cause deep dives, performance evaluation to drive decisions. Proficiency with SQL and AI agents.\nTrack record of driving alignment across disparate organizations across operations and engineering through shared goals and influence rather than formal authority.\nHigh agency, self-direction and track record of independently leading high-velocity and complex programs.
