Google.\nResponsibilities\nBring planning and execution closer together by building physical logistics and throughput capacity constraints upstream, designing capabilities for deployment/distribution planning (DRP), promise date visibility, order sourcing, multi-echelon inventory pooling, forward staging, and automated excess stock rebalancing.\nLead the functional architecture and integration across advanced supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis), ERP systems (SAP), TMS, and WMS to ensure seamless data synchronization, real-time visibility, and On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.\nOrchestrate cross-functional teams to define, test, and deploy scalable global logistics solutions.\nAnalyze logistics workflows to deploy AI-driven automations and build cases for continuous transformation.\nDesign and streamline end-to-end order orchestration and fulfillment logistics processes.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n5 years of experience in program or project management.\nExperience designing or implementing solutions across ERP order management/logistics modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC) and supply chain planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP/APO, o9, or Blue Yonder).\nExperience designing end-to-end logistics planning and fulfillment solutions, including deployment/distribution planning, order promising, inventory optimization, or order orchestration.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field, with experience in supply chain and and ERP order management architecture roles.\nExperience leading the functional integration between Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP S/4HANA (Order Management/MM/SD), WMS, and TMS to drive On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.\nExperience modeling multi-echelon inventory strategies (inventory pooling, forward staging, automated excess rebalancing) and physical warehouse/transportation throughput capacity to smooth order releases and optimize Stock Transfer Order (STO) sizing.\nExperience
