A team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDefine, lead, and own program charters that address scope, and timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of complex programs.\nBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across Trust and Safety and Google; align stakeholders on decisions and changing circumstances.\nCollaborate with partners, identify and execute on program tasks to achieve milestones and outcomes on time; use judgement to proactively anticipate and overcome risks to program timelines or quality; as needed, develop change management roll-out plans.\nDesign and enable predictable, effective, tailored information flow including delivering regular program updates across stakeholders.\nDetermine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement;
