We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.\nIndividual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.Ireland: €118000 - €120000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits\nLearn more about benefits at Google.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and execute holistic, long-term growth strategies that prioritize customer and partner success for the EMEA region.\nWork with EMEA executive leadership to identify high-impact strategic opportunities through data analytics and insights, and develop actionable plans to accelerate growth for EMEA markets.\nDefine project scope, key focus areas, and analysis needed to uncover opportunities and drive stakeholder alignment. Work with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, and product to deliver on project priorities, drive alignment, and enable decision making.\nCommunicate findings to executive leadership in the shape of executive-ready presentations and thoughtful facilitation of strategy topics across functional teams.\nBuild a network with sales teams members across all levels to capture seller and customer feedback and understand the opportunities and challenges. \nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales operations or equivalent strategy, and project management experience.\n3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.\n2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.\nPreferred qualifications:\nMBA or Master's degree.\nExperience in engaging across EMEA markets and cultures.\nDeep knowledge of Google’s Ads products, sales teams, or service operations as well as the customer and competitive contexts in which they operate.\nAbility to effectively influence, communicate and drive change (often cross-functionally) with multiple stakeholders at all levels of management.\nDemonstrated problem-solving and investigative skills and experience with SQL.\nExcellent communication and presentation development skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an
