infrastructure designs, systems, and access policy enforcement points across all levels of the stack for human users, workloads, and AI agents.\nEnsure access infrastructure and agentic workflows are resilient against attacks, privilege misuse, and abuse.\nContribute technical, process, and engineering solutions to identify human and AI agent access risks, improve the security posture of google.com, and enable scalable management of security controls across Alphabet.\nWrite feature requests, define safety guardrails, and influence security improvements in products and enterprise AI agents to enable secure use at scale.\nConsult with engineering teams on authentication, authorization, and adaptive access control through security design reviews, threat modeling, and operational triage.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\n1 year of experience with security assessments, security analysis, and cyber security.\n1 year of coding experience in one or more general purpose languages.\nExperience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.\nExperience with automation tools and processes.\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience assessing security designs, managing identity and access controls (IAM), and responding to security issues in complex enterprise environments.\nExperience with identity and access management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and access control models.\nExperience building, securing, or evaluating AI agents and LLM workflows (e.g., prompt engineering, agent skills, safety guardrails), with an understanding of agentic security risks (e.g., prompt injection, over-privileged access, or data exfiltration).\nExperience applying statistical analysis and querying large datasets or access logs (using SQL or custom scripts) to measure control effectiveness (e.g., precision/recall, A/B experiments), identify risks, and validate policy
