and Finance leaders to deliver tailored guidance while coaching junior analysts to uphold high standards in data integrity.\nArchitect and manage enterprise-grade models for planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, headcount planning, and scenario modeling.\nDrive end-to-end profit and loss (P&L) and spend management for Core AI Systems and AI Foundations across key cycles, including MEC, forecasting, AOP, and LRP.\nPerform value-creation and financial analyses, delivering regular reporting and executive-ready narratives with actionable business recommendations.\nStreamline financial workflows and drive operational efficiency by leveraging emerging technologies and AI to automate manual processes.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.\n7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function.\nExperience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.\nExperience with programming (i.e. SQL).\nPreferred qualifications:\n7 years of experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment.\nStrong in SQL or comparable data analytics tools for data extraction, manipulation, and presentation via dashboards.\nDemonstrated success in building cross-functional partnerships, thriving in dynamic environments, and driving operational excellence.\nAptitude for leveraging investigative skills to develop compelling business cases.\nCapacity to influence stakeholders at all levels within a matrixed
