of Search Security Technical Program Managers.\nProvide oversight for critical security efforts for Search, drive clarity and strategic decisions with cross-functional stakeholders, and provide clear communication and visibility to leadership.\nPartner with Engineering and Product leadership to define, shape, and evolve the long-term Search Security strategy and roadmap.\nApply technical, business, and program management expertise to identify, assess, track, and mitigate security risks across Search products and infrastructure.\nBuild and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Trust and Safety, Data Protection and Risk, Engineering, and Product Management, to drive alignment and land impactful changes.\nQualifications\nMinimum qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n10 years of experience in program management.\n7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.\nPreferred qualifications:\n10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.\nExperience in the security domain, search infrastructure, or cyber security.\nExperience interacting with different technical and non-technical audiences spanning all functions and organizational levels.\nExperience influencing and delivering solutions in a highly complex and changing
